Mikey's Video

Mikey's video is to His favorite TV show, "I Carly". It's a show about kids that start a web show. Mikey wanted to send them this video. So we did.

I know this is sideways, sorry. I just wanted to give a preview to the costume I'm making Jolee. She is going as Raggity Ann. She will be wearing a dress that her Aunt Chris, Aunt Jenny, and her Mommy wore over 30 years ago! Stay tuned for more photos!

I thought this was rather amusing. After the pastor blessed Jolee's head with water, we all bowed our heads in prayer. Well Jolee wanted to get that bowl of water and play with it sooooo bad! I didn't even realize she was in it until she started splashin around! At least she wasn't crying, right?

Mom and Dad got Mikey a Nintendo DS. He was very happy. We thank everyone who came to the party and/or celebrated in Mikey's 7th birthday. We appriciate all of the cards, gifts, and prayers!

Grandpa Juan didn't make the party, so he brought a cake for Mikey to his house and they celebrated in the kitchen!

Mikey had his birthday party at the new Brunswick Zone.

It was very much like a 'rock n bowl'.

There was lights, music, and games while the kids bowled.

The first day we were there, Mikey took a wrong road on his scooter. He turned down a road that had a major hill. Not only was the hill steep and curvy, it was also pretty long. He held on until the very end, where the road came to a "T" and he rolled, skid, and fell into a gravel ditch. Two nice boys on a golf cart brought him back to our trailer. This picture is actually about 3 days into the healing process. We were thankful he only had scratches and scrapes and nothing broken. He is still limping from the left toe that he ripped the tip off, but other than that he's doing great.

Christian was so excited that I think he just vibrated with joy all weekend!

Christian and Mommy having a talk. He told me that he was playing cars. I asked him where Jolee was--she was downstairs sleeping. I asked where Mikey was--he was at school. Then he tells me that Mikey is rude and hurt his finger. "not very nice" he says.
